Refund Policy

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.


Certain goods are exempt from being returned:

- Perishable items

- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Select health and personal care items


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Partial or no refunds may be granted in specific situations:

- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Our Clothes, Accessories, and Decorations are subject to this 14-day return policy. Report any issues within 14 days after delivery.


Cancellation Requests


After placing an order at Novorito, you have the opportunity to cancel it within 48h. If you decide to cancel your order during this period, please contact us immediately. Cancellations made after this time frame will need to follow the standard refund and return terms, as the order will have entered our automated processing system.

Refunds (if applicable)


Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.


For eligible returns, we will provide the warehouse address via email. Include the tracking number of your return shipment for us to monitor the package. After receiving the return, we will issue the refund.


Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the refund is still missing, contact us at contact@novorito.com.


Sale Items


Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable, but please contact support for assistance.


Exchanges


We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sized. For exchanges, email us at contact@novorito.com. Include your shipment's tracking number. We will initiate the exchange process once we acknowledge your return.


Gifts


Gifted items returned will receive a gift credit. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift originally, the refund will go to the gift giver.


Shipping


You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item. Full refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be issued upon the successful receipt of your return.
